Line Cook

The most important ingredient to any restaurant is a consistently great tasting meal and that starts with you. If you can work in a fast-paced environment and embrace new experiences, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:

Measure food for our various menu recipes
Memorize menu items, ingredients, prep and presentation
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Maintain a working knowledge of kitchen equipment
Stock and restock line items needed on and off peak hours
Start utilizing your experience and bring new food items to management
Requirements:

Must be able to lift 40 pounds
May need to climb ladder up to 4 feet
Obtain ServeSafe certification
Must wear non-slip footwear
Maintain your uniform
Be able to work well with others
Think quickly on your feet
