We provide short‑term residential treatment for teens with mental health and substance use challenges across five programs in the San Fernando Valley.
Position
We are looking for a part‑time LVN/LPT to join our team as a weekend nurse working Saturdays and Sundays from 12 pm to 8:30 pm. The position offers 3 out of 4 weekends per month, allowing one weekend off each month.
Pay Rate
Pay rate: $33‑37 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Provide first aid and nursing care as needed.
Refill prescriptions and transport clients for lab work or to urgent care using company vehicle.
Complete and record daily vitals and weekly weight.
Prepare and administer medication daily; manage medical inventory as needed.
Handle health emergencies appropriately.
Requirements
Valid California LVN/LPT license.
Self‑starter with ability to multi‑task and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Respectful and professional demeanor with appropriate boundaries with clients.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; able to drive in company vehicle.
Able to clear a CA Live Scan background check.
