• Daily Volume: 16 patients/shift
• Coverage:
  • Physician:
    • Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Support: 1 RN, 2 MA s
• Call: N/A
• EMR System: EPIC

Requirements:

• Certification: BC IM; Will consider FM only; DO BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)
• License: Active California upon presentation
• Life Certifications: BLS
