
Information Technology Specialist

We’re seeking a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced enterprise environment and enjoys working across endpoint management, identity administration, and cloud systems. This role blends traditional IT support with modern systems administration across Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Azure.
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as a key IT support and systems administrator responsible for keeping users, devices, and cloud services running smoothly:
End User & Device Support
Provide desk-side, phone, email, and remote IT support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues across enterprise environments
Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, tablets, IP phones, printers, and AV equipment
Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management (Intune Admin Functions)
Enroll, configure, and manage company-owned and BYOD devices
Apply security policies (passwords, encryption, compliance rules)
Deploy and update applications across devices
Support remote workforce device management and security
Active Directory / Identity Management (AD Admin Functions)
Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and groups
Manage permissions, access control, and security policies
Support authentication and authorization across enterprise systems
Maintain Group Policies and directory structure integrity
Manage cloud resources including virtual machines, storage, and networking
Monitor performance, availability, and system health
Support Azure-based applications and services
Assist with cloud security configurations, backups, and cost awareness
Systems & IT Operations
Administer Windows OS environments and Microsoft 365
Work with enterprise tools (SCCM/BMC, patch management systems, MDM tools)
Participate in IT projects and cross-functional initiatives
Maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
Serve as escalation support and assist junior team members when needed
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2+ years of hands-on IT support / systems administration experience
Strong experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365
Familiarity with:
Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
Active Directory & Group Policy
Virtual environments (VMware or similar)
Experience with ticketing systems and enterprise IT workflows
Nice to Have
ITIL certification (v3 or newer)
Azure or Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-100/101, etc.)
Exposure to SAP environments
Additional endpoint or security certifications
