Mechanical Design Engineer

Our client is seeking multiple Mechanical Design Engineers to join their team. The role involves working on seat designs, improving the maturity of current seat modules, and managing teams working on seat module designs and work packages.
Skills:
Experienced Mechanical Design Engineer
Previous experience with aircraft seating and/or aircraft interiors
Proficiency in CATIA V5
Experience leading a mechanical design team
Ability to develop complex design concepts and mechanisms, BOMs, detailed seating component designs, and lead successful design integration to meet customer and airframe regulatory requirements
Knowledge of processes and methods for product design, ensuring process compliance through change management, design optimization, DFMEA, GD&T, design for manufacture, and knowledge management
