Salary + Commission****Job Description:**The Remodel and Design Sales Consultant position is a hybrid between Sales and Design on Flooring and Home Remodels including Kitchens, bathrooms, and basement. Determine the needs of the client by creating a customer relationship and helping assist and direct the clients on the design and selection process.**Responsibilities and Duties:*** Provide top-notch customer service and client support as necessary, while negotiating transactions, drafting sales proposals, and working through the project until completion.* Have knowledge of our construction details and abilities, in order to help design the best possible remodel that will meet all client needs and wants.* Perform on-site field research of existing conditions and take photographs and measurements.**Skills and Requirements**:* Highschool diploma or equivalent* Sales experience a must* Compose well-written estimates for the homeowners.* Has a strong work ethic, is motivated, focused, and disciplined.* Confident, outgoing, and energetic* Self-starter with superior time-management skills - Has the ability to develop rapport and build relationships.* Comfortable with technology and computers.
