Job Details
Position: Plumbing Design Engineer (Healthcare/Labs) – Hybrid
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year
Responsibilities
Seek plumbing design experience in Biotech, Labs, Healthcare, Science & Technology, Mission Critical, and Commercial facilities.
Complete project designs, drawings, specifications, system studies, calculations, correspondence, survey, code studies, and construction administration as necessary.
Perform 3D Revit and 2D CAD work.
Apply medical‑gas experience.
Address involved and detailed design requirements.
Qualifications
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
Working knowledge of current Building Codes.
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with good people skills.
