Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will provide administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring seamless client service and a positive client experience. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and contributing to business growth.
Training & Support
Comprehensive 6‑month training
including peer mentoring.

from branch, region, to home office.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
Assist in the annual business planning process and help develop strategies for the upcoming year.
Listen for opportunities to recommend additional services based on clients’ situations.
Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests, preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records.
Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, and manage correspondence.
Support marketing initiatives and streamline operations by updating SOPs and executing branch business plans.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams.
Learn and use technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software.

Compensation & Benefits
Hiring Minimum: $26.10 per hour
Hiring Maximum: $28.26 per hour
