Tier 3 System Administrator (MSP)
Bowman Williams, New York, NY, United States
We’re a cybersecurity-forward managed services team that believes great IT is built on trust, autonomy, creativity, and genuine human connection. We support a diverse mix of architecture firms, nonprofits, financial institutions, and creative organizations — and we do it with a culture that actually lets people breathe, grow, and be themselves.
This is a place where teammates nerd out over technology, anime, automation, and problem-solving — and where collaboration isn’t forced, it’s natural. We don’t micromanage. We don’t track PTO. We don’t box people into rigid roles. Instead, we invest in our people and trust them to do great work.
Due to continued growth in the NYC market, we’re adding a Tier 2 Senior Support Engineer who wants to sharpen their skills, be trusted with real responsibility, and grow alongside a tight-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently with end users
Create and improve internal documentation to make the team stronger and faster
Collaborate with teammates who genuinely have your back
What We’re Looking For
A naturally curious problem-solver who thrives with autonomy, trust, and ownership
Professional experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
Strong communication and customer-service instincts — people matter here
Ability to prioritize, manage your workload, and ask smart questions
Based in the NYC metro area with reliable transportation for onsite visits
Someone who wants to grow — technically, professionally, and as part of a team

401(k) with immediate, non-elective company contributions (fully vested day one)
