Akkodis is seeking a

Java Full stack Developer

for a

Contract

with a client in

New York, NY . The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot while designing robust microservices and developing responsive user interfaces.
Rate Range

$49/hour to $51/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities

Design and develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces and components using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, and CSS.
Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) for data modeling, querying, and performance tuning.
Implement secure, high‑quality code using static/dynamic analysis tools, OWASP principles, and best development practices.
Participate in CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to maintain smooth deployments.
Collaborate within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews to ensure timely delivery.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–8 years of hands‑on experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
Proven expertise in building scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Strong front-end development experience with ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
