Role Summary
The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) provides administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors. The BOA facilitates communication, manages client accounts, and ensures a positive client experience.
We Provide Support Including:
Comprehensive 6‑month training with a peer mentor
Extensive support network from branch to region to home office
Independent work with team backing every step of the way
Core Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
Take an active role in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year
Listen for situations in clients’ lives that indicate a need for additional services
Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
Provide client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships
Perform account management duties: open accounts, handle transfers, process transactions, prepare documentation, and keep accurate client records
Execute administrative and operational support tasks: schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, update SOPs, and execute branch business plans
Leverage technology: use MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay range: $22.50 – $24.36
