Commercial Beverage Dispensing Systems Field Technician

Farmer Brothers, Runnemede, NJ, United States

Job Overview
Join the Revive Service & Restoration Team. Picture your day starting at 7:30 a.m. You prep your service vehicle, review your parts inventory, and map a route across your territory to support a roster of cafés, restaurants, and workplaces. By mid-morning, you’re swapping out a brew valve on a commercial coffee system. Early afternoon brings a new install—leveling the unit, plumbing it in, calibrating brew parameters, and training the manager on best practices. Before 4:30 p.m., you close calls with complete notes, capture customer signatures, and reorder critical spares. When an urgent request pops up, you pivot—because on-call coverage (including some evenings and weekends) is part of how we keep customers brewing without interruption.

At Farmer Brothers, our Revive Service & Restoration experts install, maintain, and restore coffee and tea brewing equipment. As a Field Equipment Service Technician, you’ll deliver dependable service across a designated customer base while stewarding parts, documentation, and communication with precision.
