Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations effective. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving floor performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work schedule requirements:
Schedule varies weekly; expect at least 12‑16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
No supervisory/management experience required.
Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction.
Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness.
Adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance, poise & ambition.
Multi‑tasking, applied learning, work ethic.
Omni‑channel services knowledge.

Starting rate:
$21.00 per hour (recruiting pay range $21.00 – $21.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
