About this Role
Join our IT department as a Sr. Systems Engineer specializing in L2 and L2+ support for the force.com platform. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, resolving complex technical issues and supporting seamless operations for our business users.

What You’ll Do

Deliver advanced L2/L2+ technical production support for the force.com platform in a 24 x 5 environment

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents, perform root cause analysis and support integrations

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, document solutions and drive process improvements

Perform minor code fixes and deploy changes as needed

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in IT with 4–6 years hands‑on production support experience

Proficient with Salesforce admin tools, data management, integration methods, Incident Management, ServiceNow and JIRA

Experience handling escalated technical issues (L2/L2+)

Familiarity with Co‑Pilot and GenAI tools

Excellent communication skills; collaborative team player

Good to have

Apttus CPQ/CLM platform support experience

Experience performing minor code fixes and deploying solutions

Base salary range: USD 86,000 – 118,000
