Associate – Order to Cash (Master Data Management) . The role involves handling arbitration‑related matters, drafting legal contentions, and analysing evidence in insurance disputes.
Eligibility
0–3 years of experience
12–18 months in legal document review, contract drafting, or similar roles preferred
Responsibilities
Draft strong contentions for arbitration forums
Analyse evidence such as reports, statements, and photographs
Evaluate facts and assess liability in cases
Review documents for subrogation purposes
Prepare and upload supporting documents
Create logical arguments and scene diagrams
Submit cases via Arbitration Forums platform
Required Skills
Client service systems understanding
Computer literacy
Strong listening and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
