Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a highly regarded global law firm, seeking a Legal Coordinator to support attorneys during a busy period. This is a contract opportunity offering hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, professional services environment.

Job Description
The Legal Coordinator will manage billing operations for a group of attorneys and clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience working within legal services.

Key Responsibilities

Address inquiries from attorneys, clients, and internal staff regarding billing inventory, time and expense entries, and unapplied payments

Share and reinforce billing policies and procedures with attorneys and clients as needed

Prepare and circulate draft invoices summarizing time and expenses by matter

Review partially paid invoices, investigate discrepancies, and determine appropriate resolution steps

Leverage internal reporting tools, including Excel and dashboards, to fulfill data and reporting requests

Support attorneys and administrative staff with time entry corrections and transfers between matters

Qualifications

Experience supporting attorneys directly

Proficiency with systems such as Elite, 3E, Aderant, or similar platforms

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Additional Details

Contract length: 6 – 9 months
