
Law Clerk - General Liability - Insurance Defense

The Law Clerk provides legal research support, drafts pleadings and motions, prepares deposition summaries, and assists attorneys with trial preparation, all while working a flexible part time schedule that aligns with academic commitments. This role offers a clear growth path, with the potential to transition into a full time clerkship after the bar exam and advance to an associate position upon passing the bar.

Primary Job Duties
Perform legal research utilizing electronic sources
Assist attorneys in drafting of briefs and motions
Prepare research memoranda, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
Help attorneys prepare for depositions and trials
Analyze deposition transcripts and prepare summaries
