Job Summary
The TDX Administrator is a member of the Client Team as part of Marist Information Technology. This administrator will take technical direction from the TDX Architect. The position's primary responsibility is to manage, configure, and optimize TeamDynamix ITSM (IT Service Management) and PPM (Project Portfolio Management) platforms. Secondary, this position will be responsible for ensuring the platform's efficient operation, ongoing improvement, and expansion to additional ESM (Enterprise Service Management) areas outside of IT.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience administering and supporting TeamDynamix ITSM & PPM.

3 to 5 years of related experience.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Essential Functions

Platform Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain the TeamDynamix platform (ITSM & PPM), including user roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and service catalog

Enterprise Service Management (ESM): Partner with business units to stand up and mature new service desks (HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.). Translate business processes into standardized request categories, service catalogs, knowledge, and workflows

Integration and Automation: Lead the integration of asset management systems and other enterprise applications within TeamDynamix to enable real-time asset tracking, reporting, and automated workflows

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into service performance, resolution times, customer satisfaction, and project progress leveraging custom reports and Power BI integrations

Workflow Optimization: Assist in the design and optimization of ticketing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks

Knowledge & Self-Service Experience: Build and govern knowledge articles. Design and refine portals for intuitive search, accessibility, branding, and journey-based navigation. Drive deflection through KB surfacing, request guidance, and virtual agent

System Performance and Support: Monitor system performance, ensure platform reliability and security, provide Tier 2/3 support for TeamDynamix related issues and enhancements

Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with APIs, JSON, and Webhook and Callback patterns

Experience with TeamDynamix ESM Solutions

Experience developing custom reports and Power BI integrations

Experience supporting iPaaS automation

Tuition Benefits:

Up to 16 undergraduate credits per semester. Up to 18 graduate credit per academic calendar. Eligibility extends to employee, spouse, and dependent children under age 26.

University pays 100% tuition only.

Eligible dependents may be reimbursed up to $2,000 per semester towards tuition at another accredited institution.
