Senior Data Engineer – Commercial Pharma Analytics

The Senior Data Engineer will partner directly with business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable data solutions that drive decision-making.
Success in this role requires strong data engineering fundamentals, deep commercial pharma domain experience, and the ability to operate independently in a consulting-style environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable data pipelines supporting commercial pharma use cases
Translate stakeholder needs into data models and analytical datasets
Develop and maintain ELT pipelines across modern data platforms
Partner with business teams across sales, marketing, and patient analytics
Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
Requirements
10+ years data engineering in production environments
7+ years of commercial pharmaceutical data domain experience
Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms
Consulting or stakeholder-facing delivery experience
Experience with commercial pharma datasets (sales, claims, patient) - preferred
