
Media Sciences Business Analysis-Vice President

Media Sciences team is responsible for optimizing client interactions and spend through:
improved attribution
generating audience insights
measuring and tracking contribution of different channels and acquisition campaigns
experimenting design for different marketing strategies
developing dashboards for senior leadership.
This role entails contributions to the following areas:
Marketing Analytics – Manage marketing partners & assess the impact of marketing efforts and optimize return from campaigns in given marketing budget
Event ROI Analytics – Source & client Events data from multiple sources, assess short & long term impact of events on client engagement, ROI of the event and design recommendation for future events
Social & Web Analytics – Understand engagement of existing & prospect Citi client across Citi pages and social media partners, optimize for banners/offers placement across digital real estate for best returns in terms of client acquisition & engagement
Business critical Dashboards: self‑explanatory and detailed dashboards to review the ongoing marketing efforts and drive real time insights for future actions
Key Responsibilities
Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate findings to business partners and senior leaders
Ensure analytics drive appropriate marketing investment decisions and marketing plan activities
Analyze performance of marketing programs and business initiatives
Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies
Integrate key profitability drivers and measures of success to make pricing offer recommendations and perform adhoc analytical requests
Qualifications
10+ years of experience
Experience as an Operations Research Analyst, Analytics Manager, Strategic Business Analyst or related position performing quantitative analytics supporting financial services
Experience analyzing large datasets; applying mathematical, statistical and quantitative analysis techniques to perform complex analyses and data mining. Ability to translate and articulate complex thoughts and opportunities to a larger audience
Education
Bachelor's/University degree; Master’s degree preferred
