Qualifications
Education: BS or MS in computer science or equivalent STEM degree.
Experience: 3–5 years in software testing and test automation.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering.
Technical Skills:
Automation: Experience with tools (Selenium, AccelQ, TestComplete) and scripting languages (Python, Java, Shell, or equivalent).
Methodologies: Agile, TDD/BDD, manual component/system testing.
Defect tracking: ADO, Jira or equivalent; Test management: AccelQ or equivalent.
Knowledge of test principles and test methodology.
Prior experience testing software for hardware device control.
Other Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced environment, working with geo-diverse teams.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
Execute, analyze, and document test results.
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with developers on corrective actions.
