Overview
Design, implement, and support scalable enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, SD‑WAN, and cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Design, implement, and support scalable enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, SD‑WAN, and cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot network security technologies, including firewalls, network segmentation, NAC, VPNs, and traffic prioritization to protect business‑critical systems.
Operate and maintain multi‑vendor network environments (switching, routing, wireless, and firewalls), ensuring consistent standards, configurations, and documentation across all sites.
Support large‑scale network projects and rollouts, including site upgrades, new facility deployments, hardware refreshes, and technology initiatives with minimal disruption to operations.
Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues, leveraging monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to identify risks before they impact users or production systems.
Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and application teams to align network design with business requirements, security policies, and application performance needs.
Maintain accurate network documentation and runbooks, including diagrams, IP addressing, VLAN standards, and change procedures to support scalable operations and knowledge sharing.
Provide escalation‑level support for complex network incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing long‑term corrective actions.
Engage with vendors and service providers to support circuit provisioning, troubleshooting, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
Candidate Qualifications
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise network environments (LAN, WAN, wireless).
Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure such as switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and SDWAN.
Strong documentation skills, including network diagrams, standards, and operational runbooks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, security, and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Cisco CCNA certification (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience working in multi‑site or manufacturing/industrial environments.
Exposure to network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, NAC, or network segmentation.
Familiarity with multi‑vendor networking environments and SD‑WAN solutions.
