Job Summary:

The Surveillance Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Surveillance Room and the Surveillance Operators on a given shift. Make sure the Casino is in compliance with all gaming regulations and company/department policies and procedures. Investigate suspected illegal activity and potential risks to the Casino with reports to the Surveillance Management. Also assists in the training of surveillance personnel.

Major Responsibilities/Activities
Maintain direct communication with the Surveillance Management and Manager on Duty of any incidents, problems and/or employee related situations.
Maintain up to date and accurate daily shift reports.
Conduct investigations and investigational interviews when necessary.
Review and approve Policy & Procedure deviation reports and other reports to insure accuracy and consistency.
Develop and implement training and educational sessions for Surveillance Operators.
Direct and assist the efforts of Surveillance operators in the performance of their duties with appropriate follow up.
Conduct evaluations and testing of Surveillance personnel.
Maintain confidentially of all Surveillance related information.
Work in a team-oriented environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Associates of Business or IT or related field preferred.
Three (3) years experience of applicable casino or surveillance related work.
One (1) year experience in a supervisory role.
Proficient in Windows and ability to learn multiple applications.
Proven ability to handle difficult situation in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, math, and analytical problem solving.
Able to obtain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming Regulatory Commission key gaming license
A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.
All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
