Social Community Manager

who knows how to turn everyday interactions into meaningful relationships and lasting brand loyalty.

In this role, you’ll be the voice of one of the most recognizable CPG brands in the world— Avocados From Mexico —engaging directly with audiences, shaping conversations, and bringing the brand to life in real time across both English and Spanish-speaking communities.

What You’ll Do

Be the front line of engagement—managing comments, DMs, and conversations across platforms

Communicate authentically in both

English and Spanish , adapting tone seamlessly across audiences

Bring the brand voice to life in every interaction while building trust and community

Proactively engage with fans, creators, and brand advocates in culturally relevant ways

Partner with internal teams to support campaigns and real-time content moments

Jump on trends and cultural conversations in a way that is timely, authentic, and brand-safe

Monitor sentiment and surface insights that shape strategy and content

Help manage content calendars and provide performance-driven recommendations

What You Bring

2–4 years of social media or community management experience (agency preferred)

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal required)

Strong writing skills with a sharp, adaptable sense of voice and tone across languages

Deep understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

Strong cultural intelligence with the ability to connect authentically across diverse audiences and communities

Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and navigate sensitive situations with care

Experience with social tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, or similar)

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Passion for digital culture, trends, and building engaged communities

CPG experience is a plus
