Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead end-to-end organizational change management efforts across large-scale, enterprise initiatives. This role will drive stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption across multiple business functions (e.g., IT, HR, Finance, Legal) in both Agile and Waterfall environments. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on OCM practitioner with strong executive presence, proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Job type: Solutions
Salary: $83 - 88 per hour
Work hours: 8am to 5pm
Education required: Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) for enterprise initiatives
Develop and execute change strategies, plans, and deliverables aligned to project goals
Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to drive engagement and adoption
Create and deliver communication plans and project messaging
Design and facilitate training programs and materials to support business readiness
Assess change readiness and implement mitigation strategies to address resistance
Build and execute sustainment plans to ensure long‑term adoption and success
Partner with cross‑functional teams, project managers, and business leaders
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on change management best practices
Support initiatives across both Agile and Waterfall project environments
Hands‑on development of change deliverables (not just oversight/strategy)
Support initiatives spanning multiple business functions (e.g., IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Sustainability)
Qualifications
5+ years of organizational change management experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives
Proven experience developing core change management deliverables (strategy, plans, communications, training, readiness, sustainment)
Experience supporting enterprise initiatives across multiple functional areas (e.g., IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Sustainability)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to executives and front‑line teams
Demonstrated leadership coaching and consulting capabilities
Experience working within cross‑functional, matrixed enterprise teams
Facilitation and training delivery experience
Experience supporting both Agile and Waterfall project environments
Ability to operate independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
Hands‑on development of change management deliverables (not just oversight)
Experience in Oil & Gas or Chemical industry environments is a plus
Compensation
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
