Overview

The Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst – Recruiting & Onboarding plays a critical role in enabling efficient, scalable, and compliant recruiting and new hire onboarding processes through Oracle HCM Cloud. This position serves as a key functional partner to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Centers of Excellence, and IT, translating business needs into effective system solutions that enhance both the candidate and employee experience.
In this role, you will own the day-to-day support, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding modules, ensuring system stability while continuously improving workflows and user experience. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, support integrations, and provide actionable reporting and insights. The role also supports quarterly Oracle releases, system testing, and change management activities, helping the organization take advantage of new functionality while maintaining strong controls and compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR users
Intake, document, prioritize, and resolve system requests following established processes
Configuration & Optimization

Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding, including:
Requisition templates
Onboarding journeys and checklist workflows
Partner with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience
Process Improvement & Documentation

Support process mapping and documentation of recruiting and onboarding workflows
Identify opportunities to automate steps, reduce manual effort, and improve the candidate and new hire journey
Maintain system configuration documentation, SOPs, and process guides
Integrations, Data, & Testing

Support integration between Oracle Recruiting and connected systems (Core HR, background screening providers, job boards, and third-party onboarding tools)
Participate in regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Assist with data loads, corrections, reconciliation, and data integrity audits
Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher
Support recruiting metrics, onboarding completion tracking, compliance reporting, and time-to-fill analysis
Release & Compliance Management

Support Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases by assessing impacts, coordinating testing, and communicating changes
Follow SOX change management and ITGC controls, including documentation, approvals, and audit support
Training & Enablement

Deliver training for end-users and super-users on Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding features and self-service tools
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting (ORC) or Oracle/Taleo Enterprise, including recruiting and onboarding configuration
Demonstrated knowledge of talent acquisition and onboarding process flows
Hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI and BI Publisher)
Familiarity with SOX controls and IT General Controls (ITGC)
High attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to data quality
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HCM security role configuration for Recruiting and Onboarding
Knowledge of U.S. compliance requirements (e.g., EEOC, OFCCP, CCPA)
Experience supporting integrations between Oracle Recruiting and third-party systems
Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
Experience with Oracle Guided Learning or similar digital adoption platforms
Oracle HCM Cloud certification or SHRM certification
Benefits and Compensation

This role is based in our New Brighton, MN office. The salary range for this position is

$67,000–$100,000 , depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
