
Warehouse Flag Runner

Position Purpose
Warehouse Laborer is to support efficient warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks including product labeling, inventory replenishment, order staging, and equipment operation. This role ensures accurate product handling, labeling, and placement while maintaining safety, organization, and productivity standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Major Functional Responsibilities
Safely operate pallet jacks (manual and walkie) to transport, stage, and stock products throughout the warehouse.
Lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 100 lbs frequently; perform labeling, stacking, and securing of products on pallets.
Accurately attach labels, including translated labels for international shipments, ensuring compliance with destination requirements.
Replenish flagged slots, stock pick slots, rotate dated products, and assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
Locate and return cooler/freezer items to proper storage locations after check‑in, maintaining organization and accuracy.
Use scanners or wearable computers to record product placement and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Perform duties in varying warehouse conditions, including cold storage, with extended periods of standing, bending, and walking.
Collaborate effectively with team members, follow instructions, maintain a clean work area, and work weekend shifts as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
Basic Math and Reading Skills: For inventory counts, reading labels, and following instructions.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate order picking, packing, and inventory handling.
Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced environment.
Time Management: Efficiently completing tasks within deadlines.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts (may require certification), or RF scanners.
