Full-time Orthopedic Surgeon specializing exclusively in Upper Extremity (shoulder & elbow reconstruction, arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, instability, and elbow procedures) Upper-extremity-only practice No general orthopedics or trauma call required (modify if needed) Dedicated weekly OR block time Strong support from experienced Orthopedic APP teams (clinic + surgical assist) State-of-the-art technology including advanced arthroscopy systems and high-quality imaging Strong referral pipeline through an extensive primary care and specialty network Collaborative, physician-friendly environment with on-site PT/OT Opportunity to help grow and shape a premier, focused upper extremity program Opportunity Highlights: Build a high-volume, specialty-focused shoulder & elbow practice Excellent system support and immediate patient volume Balanced work environment with long-term stability Hospital-employed model with comprehensive administrative support Live and work in a region offering outdoor recreation, cultural events, and family-friendly communities Qualifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery Completion of an ACGME-accredited Shoulder & Elbow or Upper Extremity Fellowship Applicants should possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a practicing surgeon. Interest in building a high-volume, specialty-focused practice Position Offers: 3 Year Guarantee $725,000 - $800,000 for experienced surgeons. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
