About the Program
- Adolescent PHP (Ages 11-17)
- High-acuity, structured outpatient alternative to inpatient care
- Monday-Friday schedule
- After-school model (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
- Multidisciplinary, team-based environment
- Focus on stabilization and transition to outpatient care
What You'll Do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments
- Provide medication management and clinical oversight
- Collaborate closely with therapists and program staff
- Help shape and grow a new behavioral health program
- Support continuity of care for high-risk adolescents
Schedule & Lifestyle
- Combination of morning clinical hours + afternoon PHP coverage
- No heavy call requirement (voluntary, minimal)
- Predictable weekday schedule
Compensation & Benefits
- $275K - $300K base salary (based on experience)
- Performance-based incentive opportunities
- $10K sign-on bonus

What We're Looking For
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Fellowship-trained (or graduating soon)
- Interest in working with high-acuity adolescent populations
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
