Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

We are seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to help launch a brand-new Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) serving high-acuity adolescents.

This is an opportunity to be a foundational member of a new program, working alongside experienced leadership to shape care delivery for a vulnerable population. About the Program

• Adolescent PHP (Ages 11-17)
• High-acuity, structured outpatient alternative to inpatient care
• Monday-Friday schedule
• After-school model (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
• Multidisciplinary, team-based environment
• Focus on stabilization and transition to outpatient care

What You'll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Provide medication management and clinical oversight
• Collaborate closely with therapists and program staff
• Help shape and grow a new behavioral health program
• Support continuity of care for high-risk adolescents

Schedule & Lifestyle

• Combination of morning clinical hours + afternoon PHP coverage
• No heavy call requirement (voluntary, minimal)
• Predictable weekday schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• $275K - $300K base salary (based on experience)
• Performance-based incentive opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Fellowship-trained (or graduating soon)
• Interest in working with high-acuity adolescent populations
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Interest in program development is a plus
