• AL license
• Starts ASAP
• 2-3 days per week, or 4x10's with flexibility on days
• Cases: General, total joints, neuro-spine, peds
• Surgery Center
• 2 MDs and 9 CRNAs working daily until 3pm with 4 rooms available until 5pm
