A facility in Northern Indiana is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum coverage. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, a diverse case mix, and a collaborative practice model with minimal supervision.

Job Details:

• Location: Logansport, IN (Northern Indiana)
• Dates: January, 2027 - ongoing weekly
• PRN Dates Available: August 3, Oct 31, Dec 21-25, 31 and ongoing weekly. Future dates TBD
  Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Late room: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  Wednesdays: 10-hour shifts
• Call: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  Every 3rd night (must be comfortable with OB call)

Case Types Include:

• Endoscopy
• OB/GYN
• Pediatrics
• Urology
• ENT
• General Surgery
• Orthopedics

Additional Details:

• Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and blocks required
• COI-IN PCF enrollment required
• Practice model: MDs on site, little to no supervision
• EMR: Cerner
