Salary and Hours
Compensation: $13.75-15.00 per hour plus tips ($2-3 per hour average). Mall hours; no late nights or early mornings. Paid training provided.

Responsibilities
Crew Duties
Prepare, bake, and serve pretzels and other products.
Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Compliance with health and safety regulations.
Shift Leader Duties
Direct daily operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
Monitor breaks, overtime, and scheduling for employees.
Assist with training new employees.
Perform tasks similar to crew duties.
Qualifications
Minimum age 16. Prior retail or food service experience preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
