Join a leading academic-affiliated imaging program providing high-quality breast imaging services in Columbia, South Carolina . This is a strong opportunity for a fellowship-trained Breast Radiologist to deliver onsite diagnostic excellence across multiple imaging centers.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: January 2026 (ongoing until permanent hire)
- Duration: Open-ended assignment
- Schedule: Flexible weekday coverage
- Onsite only role (no remote work)
- No call required
- May require cross-credentialing at additional affiliated locations
Practice Setting:
- Breast imaging-focused radiology service
- Coverage across multiple imaging centers within the system
- High-volume diagnostic breast imaging environment
- Strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and MQSA compliance
Your Role:
- Perform and interpret breast imaging studies including diagnostic mammography and related modalities
- Support ongoing breast cancer screening and diagnostic workflows
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology and imaging teams
- Maintain high standards for MQSA compliance and reporting accuracy
Technology & Workflow:
- EPIC EMR system (required proficiency)
- Digital imaging workflows across multiple sites
- Must have MQSA-compliant case log experience (24 months required)
Requirements:
- Active South Carolina medical license or FCVS pathway (required)
- Fellowship training in Breast Imaging/Radiology (required)
- Board Eligible (must meet certification requirements within 5 years)
- Strong MQSA experience and breast imaging case logs
- EPIC proficiency required
- Must be comfortable working onsite in a high-volume imaging environment

- Must provide modality list and complete required submission checklist
- Dosimetry badge required on first day (reimbursable)
- Travel, lodging, and rental car provided (toll pass not included)
- Completion of onboarding modules and Epic training required
