Job Title: Locum - Physician - Primary Care Summary

St Anthony Hospital in Pendleton, Oregon, is seeking a dedicated Primary Care locum physician to join our team for an assignment lasting 9-12 months. Our facility focuses on providing high-quality healthcare services to the community, with a mission to enhance the health and well-being of our patients. This role will primarily involve caring for patients aged 18 years and older, ensuring they receive personalized and compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to patients from newborns to geriatrics, with a focus on individuals aged 18 and above.
  • Perform required primary care procedures, including circumcisions as needed.
  • Utilize eClinicalworks EMR for patient documentation and care management.
  • Work collaboratively with a support team consisting of 1 Medical Assistant, a receptionist, and clinic RN as needed.
  • Maintain consistent coverage from Tuesday to Friday, ensuring up to full-time coverage across the assignment period.
  • Manage daily patient load of 17-20 consultations.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine (Highly preferred).
  • State medical license in Oregon (Required).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Highly preferred, can be obtained during credentialing).
  • Clean malpractice history (Highly preferred).
  • Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation (Required).
License and Certification Requirements
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine (Highly preferred).
  • Oregon State License (Required).
  • BLS certification (Highly preferred).
  • Clean malpractice history (Highly preferred).
  • Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation, dated within the last 30 days (Required).
