Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from April 23-May 29 at their Corporate Health clinic in Glenwood Springs, CO. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are 7:00am-4:00pm except for the following shifts: April 27 and May 4, 6, 11, & 13 are 7:00am-5:00pm, May 12 is 9:00am-5:00pm, and May 14 is 9:00am-4:00pm. All shifts have a 60-minute lunch break from 11:00am-12:00pm. Candidates must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current shift needs are April 23, 24, 27, & 28 and May 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, & 29.
