Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient - (PTA)
StartDate: 5/4/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1469.00 - $1514.00
PTA - Outpatient needed asap for 13 weeksApplicants within 50 miles of facility are not eligible. AHSA will run a name clear with the facility case by case.Applicants who were direct employees within the last 2 years are not eligible. AHSA will run a name clear with the facility case by case.2+ Years of PTA Experience - RequiredBLS (AHA) - RequiredIL License - RequiredStrong background in TKR, THR is preferable Experience in a busy outpatient clinic is preferable
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PTA-IL
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Profile Requirements:

Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
