And management of acute vol/BP issues Insertion of Central line Insertion of Arterial line Insertion of PA catheter Insertion of IABP Aortic valve conservation procedure Aortic Root & Remodeling + Enlargement Impella55 (Inplant/Support) Preferred: Minimal Invasive Mitral Lung resection (including VATs) Chest wall or pleural procedures Esophagus and diaphragm surgeries Permanent pacemaker placement AICD (Automatic Internal Cardiac Defibrillator) Left ventricular assist devices Bronchoscopy JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC required Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC) Duties & Responsibilities Perform cardiothoracic surgical procedures including CABG, valvular repair/replacement, and aneurysm repair. Provide inpatient clinical coverage and participate in weekend call rotation. Manage acute volume and blood pressure issues in a surgical setting. Perform invasive procedures including central line, arterial line, and PA catheter insertion. Collaborate with a support team of RNs, MAs, and PA/NPs to ensure high-quality patient care.
