About the role
The Partner Business Development Manager (PBDM) – Honeywell & Bluest is responsible for driving strategic alignment, pipeline growth, and revenue expansion between Insight and Honeywell & Bluest. This role serves as the primary liaison between Insight sellers and Honeywell & Bluest sales teams, ensuring consistent execution of Honeywell & Bluest go‑to‑market motions, program adoption, and solution‑led selling. The PBDM is accountable for accelerating Honeywell & Bluest revenue, increasing share of wallet, and strengthening Insight’s position as a trusted Honeywell & Bluest partner.
As a Partner Business Development Manager, Honeywell & Bluest you will:
Support Insight field and inside sales teams, coordinating joint execution with Honeywell & Bluest region sellers and specialists.
Lead account mapping, deal strategy sessions, pipeline huddles, and recurring cadence calls aligned to Honeywell & Bluest sales motions.
Serve as the primary Honeywell & Bluest point of contact for Insight sellers.
Honeywell & Bluest Portfolio Growth
Drive pipeline and revenue growth for Honeywell & Bluest hardware, software, services, and hybrid cloud solutions.
Enable sellers on Honeywell & Bluest use cases, competitive positioning, and regional sales priorities.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of channel IT experience, with direct experience supporting or selling Honeywell & Bluest.
Demonstrated success working with Tier 1 vendors, specifically Honeywell & Bluest.
Proven ability to exceed sales and pipeline targets in a partner‑led environment.
Strong prospecting, deal orchestration, and executive‑level communication skills.
Working knowledge of Honeywell & Bluest product portfolios, programs, and partner ecosystem.
