About the Role
As an Escrow Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the escrow and closing process by managing various administrative tasks. You will ensure the smooth operation of escrow services, maintaining compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Open, process, and maintain escrow files from order entry through post-closing.
Review purchase agreements, title commitments, and lender instructions for accuracy.
Coordinate with escrow officers, title agents, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure seamless closings.
Track escrow funds, prepare disbursement requests, and balance escrow accounts.
Manage day-to-day operations within the software platform, including order setup, workflow customization, and template management.
Maintain accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance standards within the software platform.
Qualifications
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate closing.
Software:
Experience with Qualia is preferred; knowledge of SoftPro, Ramquest, or Resware is acceptable.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with escrow accounting and basic real estate principles.
