Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM Law Firm seeking to add a Business Development Manager within their Arbitration practice group.
Responsibilities:
Support business development initiatives for the Arbitration practice, including planning and execution of marketing and client‑facing activities
Collaborate with partners and practice leadership to identify opportunities that enhance the practice’s market presence
Assist with the preparation of pitches, proposals, and related business development materials
Coordinate with internal teams to support practice group initiatives, events, and thought leadership efforts
Monitor market and client developments relevant to arbitration and dispute resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
5–8+ years of business development or marketing experience in a large law firm or other professional services environment.
Proven experience managing complex pitches and partner‑driven initiatives.
