DonHattan Ford is booked for repairs and looking to grow! We are looking for an experienced, friendly, motivated person to fill our Service Advisor Position. This is a Mainline Service Advisor position, and is best suited to someone who has
previous service writing experience.
We have a particular interest in candidates with Ford experience.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
What We are Looking For:
Great attitude with a commitment to positive customer experience
Ability to work as part of a team and support other advisors when necessary
Prior experience as a service advisor preferred
Prior experience with the Ford brand preferred
Money-motivated with a desire to grow
