Product Finance & Strategy Manager

What You’ll Do Product Finance Ownership: Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a portfolio of new and growth products.
Business Partnership: Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics to support roadmap, investment, and operating decisions.
Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate new products, use cases, pricing, and packaging opportunities using financial and strategic frameworks.
Insights & Recommendations: Deliver clear, data‑driven insights on growth, margin, risk, and ROI to inform executive decisions.
AI‑Enabled FP&S: Use AI tools to improve planning speed, analysis quality, reporting workflows, and decision support.
What You Bring 6–9+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, business operations, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across forecasting, scenario analysis, pricing, and investment cases.
Experience partnering with Product and/or Engineering on roadmap, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions.
Strong business judgment and executive communication; able to turn ambiguity into clear, decision‑ready recommendations.
High ownership, bias for action, and either experience in, or a desire to, become “AI Native” to improve decision‑making.

On‑target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA)
$161,000—$189,000 USD

A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a Checkr hub location.
