We are seeking a physician to provide care in skilled nursing facilities in the Hayesville area.Position Highlights• Part-time schedule - 2 days/week rounding in SNFs• Associate physician leadership role with growth opportunities• Collaborative multidisciplinary care team• Dedicated 3-month onboarding with mentor support• Access to the Medical Director Leadership Academy (MDLA)Responsibilities• Provide high-quality patient care in post-acute settings• Perform assessments, exams, and develop individualized care plans• Collaborate with NPs, PAs, and facility teams• Provide clinical oversight and ensure regulatory complianceCompensation• W2, fee-for-service (FFS) model• Estimated annual compensation $138,324 - $159,028+• No cap on productivity incomeQualifications• Active North Carolina physician license and DEA• Experience in post-acute, primary care, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or similar settings preferred (new grads welcome)Located in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina, Hayesville offers outdoor recreation, small-town charm, and access to Lake Chatuge and the trails of Jackrabbit Mountain.
