Key Responsibilities:
Read tickets and run food efficiently.
Describe dishes being served and ensure guest satisfaction.
Retrieve items guests may need to enhance their meal experience.
Assist servers with side work during quieter times.
Ensure the station is fully stocked for both BOH and FOH needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Qualifications and Key Attributes:
Well-groomed and presentable.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
Strong problem-solving abilities and perceptiveness to guests' needs.
Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations.
Close attention to detail and the ability to take direction.
Capable of handling guest compliments and concerns with management support.
