Scheduling Coordinator / Dispatcher
KRE Security is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator / Dispatcher to support overnight operations. You'll manage real-time staffing across multiple client sites, respond to call-offs, and keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
Build and manage employee schedules across multiple locations
Fill open shifts and handle call-offs in real time
Dispatch and communicate with field staff and supervisors
Monitor attendance, availability, and staffing gaps
Maintain accurate scheduling records, logs, and reports
What We're Looking For
13 years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or workforce coordination
Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operations or dispatch environment
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
