Coverage Needed :

• Start Date: July 10
• End Date: Ongoing; PRN; sporadic openings
• Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts
• Specific Shifts: July 10 (Orientation shift 7a-7p), July 11 (7a-7a), July 12 (7a-7a)

Clinical Details :

• Facility: 100-bed hospital
• Complete diagnostic center, 6-suite surgical operating theatre, pre/post-operative holding and recovery rooms, 10-bed short stay observation unit, spacious and private patient rooms, and an 18-bed intensive care unit

Requirements :

• Board Certified
• Active ID License or Active IMLC LOQ
• Proof of COVID vaccine required by time of presentation
• Must be available to cover July 10, 11, 12
• NPDB report (must be pulled within the last month) required at time of presentation
