Job Summary
LeRoy Village Green Residential Healthcare Facility, a leading provider of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in Western New York, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Rehab Nurse Manager to join our team. As a Rehab Nurse Manager, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents, fostering a positive and supportive environment, and ensuring the highest level of quality care.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high-quality patient care
Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that residents receive individualized care to meet their unique needs and goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address resident needs, developing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Monitor and evaluate resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance quality and efficiency
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, progress, and outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including auditing and reporting, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
Develop and manage department budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective allocation of staff
Requirements
Current New York State RN license
Prior experience in a related healthcare setting
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
