Responsibilities
Human Centered
Collaborate with tech teams to build acceptance criteria and identify research needs for future feature design.
Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving the team toward minimal viable product for testing.
Business Focused
Use hypothesis‑driven data assessment to ensure product or feature delivers real business value.
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring processes are followed to manage risk.
Technology Driven
Work autonomously in an agile environment, researching and developing features that leverage new technology.
Collaborate with designers, data scientists, and technologists to build cutting‑edge solutions.
Deliver well‑managed product platforms, staying informed on technology trends and architecture strategy.
Transformational Leadership
Participate in horizontal forums to build relationships with tech teams, designers, stakeholders, and partners.
Articulate a succinct product roadmap, share with stakeholders, and become a product matter expert.
Core Data Platform Services Product Area
Lead a technology scrum team to aggregate and standardize enterprise payments data for secure, real‑time access.
Support the entire payments lifecycle, including authorizations, settlements, and disputes.
Modernize data infrastructure and manage migration from legacy platforms.
Deliver scalable, high‑quality data products and APIs to drive analytics and innovation.
Uphold compliance, security, and data governance standards.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least one year of product management experience, or experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
1+ year translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
1+ year of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
1+ year of experience as a product owner in an agile development process.
