Sr. FinOps Analyst - AP

This role will support APAC/EU/NA region finance operations. Working hours may include holidays and overtime during critical periods. The role involves customer interaction to resolve vendor‑related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Work on complex vendor queries and resolve them in a timely manner.
Analyze underlying issues and fix root causes.
Liaise with internal teams to understand vendor issues and work toward resolution.
Contact internal stakeholders and coordinate with them on vendor queries.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, accounts receivable (collections) or general ledger experience.
