This role provides essential supervision and guidance to protective services staff to ensure that all cases are investigated, evaluated, and maintained in accordance with appropriate laws, rules, and regulations. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Provide Protective Supervision for the Protective Program within AAA.

Ensure that cases are investigated, evaluated, and maintained in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Train and supervise staff on rules, regulations, and procedures related to protective services.

Maintain daily and weekly oversight of all on‑going protective services cases.

Provide PS on‑call supervision as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Full‑time employment.

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 60‑minute lunch.

Telework: This position does not offer a telework option.

Salary: Starting salary may be non‑negotiable in some cases.

QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Four years of experience in public or private social work; and a Bachelor's Degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and training, including completion of 12 semester hours of college‑level courses in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social sciences.
